BYLAWS;-MARCH 28,2004. The general membership unanimously approved the 2003 year end budjet and the provisional budjet for 2004. During the general meeting, the PRESIDENT reviewed the results of the previous year and future activities for 2004. The details of the 2003 year end budjet and the provisional 2004 budjet, as approved, may be viewed by the general membership on the bulletin board of the center.
