In accordance with article 4 of the bylaws, all interested  parties may apply for membership according to the bylaws and provided they have reached 18 years of age.;notwithstanding any political or religious affiliation, sex status, citicenship, ethnic and political background. Applicants under 18 years of age,may become members by express written consent of their parents.

As established by article 5 of the bylaws,the aspirant members must submit a written request to the PRESIDENT .It is the responsibility of the president or designated councilor to examine and determine the suitability of the applicant within a period of 20 days from the application date.The president or the delegated councilor,may present the membership application to the full board who must approve each new membership by unanimous vote. When the membership is approved, the applicant will be issued a membership card. If an applicant is rejected he may,within 7 days,appeal the decision to the president who is bound to submit the appeal to the general membership who will have the final say in the matter.

The application forms are available at the headquarters of the SOCIAL CENTER and may be requested via email.

The membership dues are established on a yearly basis by the BOARD.

For the sake of efficiency, the payment of yearly membership fees is due on the 31 march of each year.The members who make use of the CENTER only during their vacation period, may make their payment during this period.
